My current favourite radio and the one I use 95% of the time is the Jumper T16 pro.

I have 2 of these radios.  One is the T16 pro V2 which has the hall effect gimbals, Internal module and USB-C / Charging module. My older T16 pro has Hall effect gimbals and has been upgraded with the internal module, foldable handle and USB-C / Charging module.

Although the T16 is an excellent radio, they have been plagued from the start with ribbon cable issues.  I am a big fan of Joshua Bardwell's YouTube channel and from one of his videos I discovered that Jumper will supply a set of higher quality ribbon cables for free (you may have to pay postage in some cases) for a transmitter that is having these issues.

To avail of this you need to email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with a photo of your transmitter showing it's serial number.

I emailed them and they advised me to contact one of their UK suppliers as postage from China was experiencing long delays due to the current Covid-19 crisis. They said that there may be a postage and / or admin charge but there would be no charge to the cables.

I contacted FlyingTech who were very helpful.  There was to be a small admin and postage charge but this was waived as I placed an order with them for other stuff and they just included the cables in the order.

The order arrived very quickly and I proceeded to fit the new cables.  One trick that I found very useful was to wrap a small piece of Blenderm tape around the points of a pair of tweezers which helped grip the ribbon cable tighter.
